Description
The organic GOOD NIGHT infusion prepares the body and mind for a peaceful night and restful sleep. This is our best-selling infusion since our creation.
With a subtle aroma of peach and lemon, it will please most people. Its effectiveness lies in the right balance of plants known worldwide for their effects on sleep disorders such as chamomile, verbena or hop flowers.
It is ideally consumed every evening after the meal, 1 hour before bedtime. In association we recommend the Anti-stress infusion for the day.
Usage and dosage
1 to 2 teaspoons, 8 minutes at 90/100°, in 200-250ml of water (mineral or filtered)
Recommended consumption: in the evening after a meal. Ideally 1 hour before bedtime.
Ingredients: Date*, apple*, lemon balm*, raspberry leaves*, chamomile*, carrot*, fennel*, lemon peel*, verbena leaves*, yarrow*, natural flavouring, hop flowers*, St. John's wort*, peach*, lavender*, cornflower flowers* (*from organic farming).
