How to use your points?

Points are not automatically applied at checkout. You must first convert them into a discount coupon from your loyalty area.

Open the loyalty area Click on the diamond icon located at the bottom left of each page of the site.
Log in to your account Your loyalty dashboard displays your points balance and available rewards.
Convert your points Go to the "Redeem my points" section to choose your reward.
Get your coupon Once your points are converted, a discount coupon is generated.
Use the coupon Apply your coupon on your next order.

Loyalty & Referral Program Rules

1) Eligibility & account

  • Program reserved for adults residing in areas served by Suisse CBD.
  • One loyalty account per person and per household. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

2) Self-referral prohibited

  • The referrer and the referred person must be two distinct individuals.
  • Self-referral, using one's own email addresses, or creating multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

3) WELCOME code

  • The code WELCOME is reserved for new customers who have never ordered from Suisse CBD.
  • Limited to one use per person and per household.
  • Not combinable with other codes, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash.

4) Abuse detection & verification

To protect the program, we may carry out verifications: data consistency, delivery or billing addresses, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or order history.

5) Consequences in case of abuse

  • Cancellation of fraudulently obtained orders.
  • Withdrawal of unduly acquired points.
  • Account deactivation or refusal of program benefits.

6) Scale & attribution conditions

  • Points are credited according to the scale in force at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping costs, discounts, returns, or cancellations may be excluded from the calculation.
  • Returns and cancellations result in the deduction of corresponding points.

7) Modifications & validity

  • Suisse CBD may modify or terminate the program at any time, without prior notice, in compliance with applicable law.
  • Benefits are not acquired rights and may be subject to expiration dates.

8) Personal data

The processing of your data follows our privacy policy. Certain anti-fraud verifications may be carried out to secure the program.
