The sublingual route means placing a few drops of CBD oil under the tongue and holding them there before swallowing. It is the easiest way to dose CBD and to build it into a routine. This collection brings together all our Full Spectrum and Broad Spectrum oils.

      How it works

Under the tongue, some of the CBD passes directly into the bloodstream through the lining of the mouth. The rest is swallowed and follows the digestive route. The first effects usually appear within 15 to 45 minutes and last about 2 to 6 hours. These figures are indicative and vary with the product, the dose and the person.

      Using a CBD oil well

      • Place the drops under your tongue and hold them for 30 to 60 seconds before swallowing.
      • Start with a small amount and increase gradually if needed, over several days.
      • The number of milligrams per drop depends on the concentration: it is shown on each product page.

      Full Spectrum or Broad Spectrum

A Full Spectrum oil keeps all the plant's cannabinoids, including a little THC. A Broad Spectrum oil has THC removed down to a level the batch analysis cannot detect. If you are subject to drug tests, choose Broad Spectrum.

CBD can interact with some medicines. If you are on treatment, ask your doctor or pharmacist before taking it.

      Frequently asked questions

Which CBD oil concentration should I choose?

To start, a 10% to 20% oil lets you dose precisely. Higher concentrations, up to 45%, mainly mean taking fewer drops for the same amount of CBD. Our guide on concentrations explains this choice in detail.

Why hold the oil under the tongue?

Time under the tongue lets some of the CBD pass through the lining of the mouth. Swallowed straight away, the oil follows the digestive route and acts more slowly.

When should I take a CBD oil?

There is no single rule. Many customers take it in the morning, others in the evening as part of a routine. What matters is staying consistent and noticing how you respond.

CBD is not a medicine. For adults only. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
